Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT infrastructure and operations.
• 8+ years in leadership roles overseeing large, distributed IT.
• Proven experience managing live operations across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with growth and R&D goals.
• Lead IT planning for new markets, facilities, and acquisitions.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services for uptime and scalability.
• Own security controls, identity management, and incident response.
• Ensure SOX, SOC 2, GDPR compliance and vendor management.
