Job summary

Covenant HR LLC is seeking a Vice President, Information Technology to lead our private-equity-backed residential services platform in a fully remote role within the United States. The role requires strategic and hands-on leadership across enterprise applications, data, and security, driving AI-enabled efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ERP platforms (NetSuite, Sage, or comparable).
• Experience leading CRM implementations (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable).
• Change leadership experience with user adoption and transformation.
• Strong data governance, warehousing, reporting, KPI measurement.
• Ability to operate as both strategic leader and hands-on contributor.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide executive leadership across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and emerging tech.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system implementations and optimization.
• Develop scalable data and analytics strategy for KPI visibility and improvement.
• Identify and implement AI opportunities to boost productivity and customer experience.
• Establish technology standards, governance, and operating processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption.
• Support technology integration and standardization during growth.
• Build trusted relationships and drive tech-enabled change across the org.
• Evaluate investments through business value and ROI lens.
