Job summary

Soufflé Therapeutics is seeking a first VP, IT to build and own the technology strategy as the company scales from research to clinical development. This hands-on leadership role requires owning IT infrastructure, AI initiatives, cybersecurity, data management, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate across regulatory, scientific, and business functions to align growth plans and system roll-outs. With 15+ years in IT leadership and 6+ years in lead roles, you will guide AI/ML

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT leadership experience in biotech/pharma or related field.
• 6+ years in a lead role with hands-on ownership of IT strategy.
• Working knowledge of ICH/FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of IT strategy across regulatory, scientific, and business needs.
• Own IT infrastructure, AI agents, cybersecurity, data management, and compliance.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization of AI/ML, new systems for science, regulatory, and G&A.
