Job summary
Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes company, is seeking an SVP, Product to define the vision and drive a multi-year roadmap for AI-enabled clinical trial platforms. You will lead a global Product team and partner with Strategy and Engineering to deliver high-impact, regulated solutions that accelerate customer value and ARR growth.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in product management, strong leadership, and a track record of scaling enterprise SaaS in regulated industries.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Master’s or PhD in a scientific, medical, or technical discipline.
- Proven success in enterprise SaaS/PaaS for regulated customers.
- Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharmaceutical, or Clinical Research.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global Product team focused on customer value and AI.
- Define multi-year vision and near-term roadmap for clinical trials platform.
- Champion AI-forward experiences with high quality and speed.
- Partner with Product, Strategy, and Engineering to drive discovery to delivery.
- Drive ROI and coordinate with Sales, Services, and Customer Success.
