Job summary

Dispatch Bio is seeking a Director of IT and Business Enablement to own IT strategy and end-to-end digital operations across our Philadelphia and San Francisco offices. This hands-on leadership role partners with scientific, regulatory, quality and finance teams to deliver compliant, scalable technology while streamlining processes through MSPs and trusted vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 10 years IT experience with 3 in biotech/pharma, ideally clinical stage.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a company-wide applications roadmap.
• Lead evaluation and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Manage MSP relationships and budgets.
• Ensure IT service delivery across Philadelphia and San Francisco.
• Set AI architecture and guardrails; govern data and AI usage.
• Partner with research leads to plan capacity and tooling.
