Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen or more years of progressive information technology leadership experience with enterprise strategy & operations.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Proven success modernizing enterprise technology while supporting growth and change.
• Broad expertise across cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise apps, data platforms, and IT operations.
• Experience supporting GxP-regulated environments and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology strategy aligned with scientific, operational, and business priorities.
• Lead enterprise technology operations including infrastructure, cloud services, identity management, cybersecurity, and end-user computing.
• Drive digital transformation, data analytics, and AI capabilities across the enterprise.
• Partner with functional leaders to simplify workflows, reduce risk, and accelerate execution.
• Champion governance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
