• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy and integrated execution plan for the small business insurance line.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams from strategy through launch and optimization.
• Develop distribution and adoption roadmaps with field leadership and partners.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations shaping positioning and channel strategy.
• Define and monitor go-to-market performance and corrective actions.
• Create executive-ready business cases and launch plans.
• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Partner with Legal, LRCC to embed regulatory requirements into GTM plans.
