Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Vice President of Insurance Marketing to launch and scale the SMB P&C Insurance offering for Business Banking. You will coordinate with Insurance Product and Marketing to deliver a compliant, scalable acquisition engine across digital and offline channels.

The role requires leading go-to-market efforts, developing personas, and driving lifecycle marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and retention for Chase SMB clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, acquisition marketing, or go-to-market leadership.
• Experience launching or scaling regulated financial services, insurance, fintech, or digital platform products preferred.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy for Business Banking Insurance, including positioning, customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Act as primary liaison to Insurance Product, translating priorities into marketing plans and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Lead development of messaging frameworks, customer personas, and value proposition testing.
• Design and execute integrated acquisition strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Partner with Analytics to identify priority segments, lifecycle triggers, and personalization opportunities.
• Develop customer journey strategies across onboarding, relationship deepening, and cross-sell opportunities.
