JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a VP of Insurance Marketing to lead the launch and scaling of a digital-led SMB P&C Insurance initiative for Chase SMB clients. You will align Insurance Product and Marketing, driving customer acquisition and a cohesive insurance journey.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, lifecycle marketing, and building an acquisition engine across owned, earned, and paid channels.

Competenze

8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, acquisition marketing, or go-to-market leadership.
Experience launching or scaling regulated financial services, insurance, fintech, or digital platform products preferred.
Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to users and partners.

Mansioni

Drive go-to-market strategy for Business Banking Insurance, including positioning and onboarding.
Serve as the marketing liaison to Insurance Product, coordinating across Brand, Media, PR, Social, Analytics, Risk and Legal.
Lead messaging frameworks, customer personas, and value proposition testing with research teams.
Design and execute integrated acquisition strategies across digital, email, Chase.com, search, social and banker channels.
Identify priority segments, lifecycle triggers, and personalization opportunities with Analytics teams.
Develop customer journey strategies for onboarding, relationship deepening, and cross-sell.
