Job summary

This leadership role reports to the Managing Partner and requires a business development mindset to scale Provident's nationwide platform in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of horizontal real estate development experience including land acquisitions and entitlements.
• Background in data centers or hyperscale development preferred.
• Strong business development experience with ability to source, negotiate, and close complex real estate deals.
• Proven ability to build relationships with capital partners, brokers, utilities, and end customers.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving, competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate hyperscale site opportunities nationwide based on power, fiber, land, and demand.
• Structure and secure land acquisitions via options, purchase agreements, joint ventures or land-banking.
• Lead zoning and entitlements with local authorities, utilities, and consultants; secure approvals.
• Oversee horizontal development, budgeting, scheduling, and construction coordination.
• Support marketing and business development; build relationships with hyperscale customers and partners.
• Represent Provident in the data center ecosystem to attract opportunities and capital partners.
