• Ability to structure and negotiate complex land transactions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience working with developers, operators or hyperscale data center providers.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Location: Dallas or New York (onsite)

An opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing hyperscale data center development platforms in the US, with $50B+ in active development and construction projects representing several gigawatts of power capacity.

The business is expanding aggressively across key North American markets and is seeking a VP / SVP, Site Selection & Land Acquisition to lead site selection, land acquisitions and early-stage development for large-scale hyperscale campuses.

This is a highly strategic role focused on identifying, evaluating and securing large-scale development sites, while working closely with executive leadership to support the company's long-term growth plans.

Candidates must have direct data center site selection and land acquisition experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site selection and land acquisition efforts across strategic growth markets
• Source, evaluate and secure hyperscale development opportunities
