Job summary

FourFound seeks a Vice President of Land Acquisition to lead national strategy for hyperscale and AI data center developments across the United States. The role focuses on identifying, evaluating and securing strategic sites with scalable power, connectivity and permitting readiness.

You will build and manage a robust development pipeline, negotiate land purchases and development agreements, and partner with utilities, municipalities and investors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center land acquisition or site selection.
• Proven track record in complex acquisition and development processes.
• Strong knowledge of power, interconnection, transmission, fiber, permitting and zoning.

Responsibilities

• Lead national land acquisition and site strategy for hyperscale and AI-focused data center developments.
• Identify, evaluate and secure strategic development sites across targeted U.S. markets.
• Assess site viability based on power delivery, transmission, utility infrastructure, fiber connectivity and entitlements.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of greenfield and powered land opportunities.
• Lead negotiations for land purchases, options, ground leases and development agreements.
• Partner with utilities, transmission providers, municipalities and economic development groups.
• Oversee diligence including environmental assessments, zoning and permitting reviews, feasibility and risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move projects from acquisition through development.
• Provide executive leadership with updates on pipeline activity and market trends.
