Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Product Management for Home Lending Transformation. You will identify business outcomes, partner with engineering, design and stakeholders, and lead a culture of experimentation to deliver best‑in‑class products with responsible AI usage.

You will own roadmaps, drive rapid iterations, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy, governance, and scalable solutions across Home Lending.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end‑to‑end ownership delivering outcomes.
• Advanced product analytics capability and data-driven targets.
• Experience with agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) using JIRA/JIRA Align.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value at enterprise scale.
• Own delivery velocity and quality; remove blockers and ensure timely releases.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to transform Home Lending using technology and data.
• Run rapid experiments and use AI-driven insights where appropriate and compliant.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and publish dashboards to drive decisions.
• Communicate progress and risks with candor to maintain pace.
