JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management for Home Lending Transformation in Plano, TX. You will identify opportunities to streamline loan origination, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver impactful products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product org or analyst role delivering customer outcomes.
• Proficient with JIRA, JIRA Align and Confluence; familiar with SDLC and agile delivery.
• Working knowledge of product analytics and AI concepts to enhance discovery and prioritization.
• 3+ years hands-on with JIRA/JIRA Align for flow management and agile delivery.
• Applied UX/design experience; proficient with Figma and prototyping with engineering partners.
• Strong collaboration and communication to align engineering, design and business partners.
• Market and competitive analysis to inform the roadmap with evidence-based insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve the loan origination process, translate to user stories and a prioritized backlog.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including diagrams, user stories, epics and SSD specs.
• Support delivery velocity and quality; remove blockers and enable fast decision-making and tested releases.
• Drive innovation and lead cross-functional initiatives transforming Home Lending with technology and data insights.
• Participate in discovery and usability testing; run rapid experiments to validate assumptions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to drive focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage instrumentation to evaluate feature success and share impact on business outcomes.
• Use AI responsibly to accelerate discovery, prioritization and forecasting with governance.
