Qualifications

Quantitative bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
7+ years of analytics experience.
3+ years of people-management experience leading analytics teams.
AI fluency in day-to-day analysis to improve speed and solutions.
Experience translating ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and Strategy on Home Lending Operations initiatives.
Lead analytics team, setting direction and coaching career development.
Own analytics delivery end-to-end from framing to recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Set analytics quality standards, documentation, and reproducibility; ensure data accuracy.
Define data table requirements with Data/Technology teams to align with data strategy.
Develop always-on reporting and dashboards with Business Intelligence teams.
