Job summary

Chase is seeking an Executive Director of Product Management for Home Lending Product and Transformation to define outcomes and deliver AI-powered capabilities at enterprise scale. You will partner with engineering, design, and business leaders to remove blockers and elevate the pace of delivery.

The role emphasizes prototype-first development, backlog leadership, cross-channel agent experiences, and rigorous data governance to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner/Manager experience delivering material customer and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building agentic, LLM-powered applications end-to-end (orchestration pipelines, prompt engineering, RAG).
• Advanced product analytics capability; uses data to set targets and instrument features.
• 3+ years with JIRA/JIRA Align for backlog management in Agile delivery.
• Experience with UX/product design tools (Figma) and process-mapping.

Responsibilities

• Establish prototype-first delivery model using approved tooling and light coding to accelerate design/engineering cycle times.
• Define and prioritize product backlog to maximize customer and business value with enterprise-scale sequencing.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for engineering with clear data definitions and acceptance criteria.
• Design and deliver agentic experiences across channels (in-app chat, SMS, voice) with clear human handoffs.
• Define agent boundaries, guardrails, and escalation rules for predictable behavior.
• Refine prompts and optimization practices to improve quality, latency, and token efficiency.
• Lead discovery, usability testing, and rapid experiments to validate assumptions and accelerate time-to-insight.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and coordinate with engineers/designers to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
