Qualifications

5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end‑to‑end ownership delivering outcomes.
Hands‑on experience building agentic, LLM‑powered apps including orchestration pipelines and RAG.
Proven ability to scale agentic task‑automation solutions delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Raise the bar by establishing a prototype‑first delivery model with tooling and light coding.
Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
Translate requirements into functional specs for engineering with clear dependencies.
Design agentic experiences across channels (in‑app chat, SMS, voice) with clear handoffs.
Define agent operating boundaries to ensure predictable enterprise behavior.
Establish prompt refinement and optimization practices to improve quality and latency.
Own data/integration thinking end‑to‑end to ensure cross‑system reliability.
Lead discovery and usability testing; run A/B tests to validate assumptions.
