3+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end-to-end ownership delivering material customer and business outcomes
Advanced product analytics capability; uses data to set targets and instrument features
3+ years with JIRA/JIRA Align for agile delivery with measurable improvements
Applied UX and solution design; proficiency with Figma and process-mapping tools
Strong collaboration and communication skills to align engineering, design, and business partners
Market and competitive analysis experience to identify differentiation opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value; translate strategy into outcomes and sequenced plans at enterprise scale
Own delivery velocity and quality; remove blockers and ensure on-time releases with lightweight decision frameworks
Drive innovation and lead cross-functional initiatives to transform Home Lending and leverage data and insights
Lead discovery and usability testing; run rapid experiments and validate assumptions
Facilitate agile ceremonies to drive focus and accountability across the team
Instrument features, analyze product performance, publish dashboards per sprint/release; apply AI/ML where it enhances signals
Own and communicate a data-backed roadmap reflecting market and customer insights
Communicate progress, risks, and priorities with candor; escalate decisions when needed
Leverage AI responsibly to accelerate delivery with governance and human judgment
