Job summary

Chase seeks an Executive Director of Product Management for Home Lending Product Transformation to define outcomes and deliver AI-powered capabilities, accelerating idea-to-impact and raising quality and speed in housing finance experiences.

You will partner with engineering, design, and business leaders, remove blockers, and lead a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, shipping agentic, LL-powered solutions with strong product judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Establish prototype-first delivery model using approved tooling and light coding to accelerate delivery.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and ensure alignment with architecture and data needs.
• Design agentic experiences across channels (in-app, SMS, voice) with clear handoffs.
• Refine prompts and optimize AI/system prompts for quality and latency.
• Lead discovery, usability testing, and rapid experiments to validate hypotheses.
