Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product organization or product-focused Business Analyst role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience using Atlassian suite to document requirements and plan work.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and improving throughput and quality.
• 3+ years hands-on with JIRA/JIRA Align for flow management and agile delivery improvements.
• Experience with UX design and prototyping with engineering/design partners.
• Strong collaboration and communication to align stakeholders and architecture decisions.
• Market and competitive analysis to inform roadmaps with insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with product leadership to improve loan origination and backlogs.
• Create and maintain documentation including user stories, epics and SSD specs.
• Remove blockers, ensure fast decisions, and enable high-quality releases.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform Home Lending using data and customer insights.
• Design and run rapid experiments (MVPs/A-B tests) to validate assumptions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain momentum with fast feedback loops.
• Use AI/ML enablement to accelerate discovery, prioritization, and forecasting.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to keep delivery on pace.
