Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with end-to-end ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building agentic, LLM-powered applications, including prompts and RAG workflows.
• 3+ years of experience with JIRA/JIRA Align for backlog management and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish prototype-first delivery models using approved tooling to accelerate design/engineering cycles.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer and business value.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for engineering with clear acceptance criteria.
