Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
• Proven success growing and managing portfolios with revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a 2–4 year growth roadmap for the portfolio.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision makers within Civilian Agencies.
• Oversee capture strategies to align Leidos offerings with customer challenges.
• Manage and optimize an opportunity pipeline and resource alignment.
• Inject innovative digital solutions into capture shaping and bid strategies.
• Monitor market trends and pivot growth plans accordingly.
• Participate in growth reviews, financial planning, and risk assessment.
