Job summary

Leidos is seeking a VP, Capture Excellence in the Digital Sector to drive strategy across 3-5 $500M+ captures annually. You will lead a team of Capture Excellence Directors, develop value propositions, and ensure successful execution of the full capture lifecycle across corporate and sector Priority opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of federal capture leadership, strong communication, mentoring, and ability to interact with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 15+ years' federal capture leadership experience.
• Experience leading 500M+ captures and developing win strategies.
• Ability to coach teams and interact with senior management.
• Knowledge of FAR and contract types (IDIQ, non-IDIQ).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across 3-5 $500M+ captures per year.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and early win strategies.
• Organize and execute capture activities including team building.
• Plan and participate in capture activities like RFIs, workshops, gate reviews.
• Support after action reviews and lessons learned.
