You will mentor a high-performing analytics team, advance measurement capabilities, and drive data-driven decisions across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology.

Responsible for scalable analytics processes, rigorous experimental design (A/B, multivariate tests), and responsible use of advanced analytics and AI.

Qualifications

Advanced analytics foundation with experimentation and measurement experience.
Experience translating complex models into actionable business insights.
Leadership and coaching of analytics teams with focus on rigor and ethics.

Responsibilities

Lead quantitative research and experiments to optimize marketing performance.
Mentor and grow the analytics team, establishing scalable processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Technology to drive data-driven decisions.
Apply probabilistic and causal inference methods to measure impact of campaigns.
