SharkNinja is seeking a Vice President & General Manager, Pure Players, Americas to lead and scale our Amazon business across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Global General Manager, Pure Players, this leader will drive the Americas P&L and deliver profitable growth across 1P and 3P models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital leadership with P&L ownership.
• Proven ability to influence at executive level and translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas Pure Players P&L across US/Canada with accountability for revenue, margin, and growth.
• Develop and execute marketplace strategy across 1P/3P/DTC models.
• Build and defend investment cases for resource allocation across categories and media.
• Lead joint business planning with Amazon leadership and internal partners.
• Establish operating cadence with KPIs and dashboards for performance.
