SharkNinja, headquartered in Needham, MA, is seeking a VP, Americas TikTok Shop & Global Social Commerce Strategy to define global direction, build infrastructure, and drive GMV across TikTok Shop in the Americas while shaping live commerce and market launches globally. This executive role reports to the SVP, Global Direct to Consumer.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a $100M+ P&L with revenue targets and investments.
• 12+ years in social commerce, digital commerce, or performance marketing with P&L ownership.
• Proven TikTok Shop expertise—affiliate programs, live selling, creator ecosystem development.
• Track record building creator/affiliate programs generating measurable revenue at scale.
• Experience designing market-launch strategies for new geographies/platforms.
• Global experience with strategy and regional enablement.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop across the Americas: affiliate strategy, live selling ops, creator activation, product prioritization.
• Scale live commerce capability across the Americas with cadence, on-screen talent, and live optimization.
• Define and execute global social commerce strategy across platforms; align KPIs and investments to revenue targets.
• Lead new market launch framework for social commerce geographies with cross-regional collaboration.
• Build global creator/affiliate programs with scalable ROI, and define commission structures.
• Provide ELT-facing reviews and integrate social commerce into all GTM plans.
