Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a visionary Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead our global Sales Engineering organization, aligning with the Go-To-Market strategy and providing customer-oriented technical leadership to key accounts and partners.

You will shape field readiness, KPIs, and performance while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services to deliver measurable value and maintain a world-class SE team across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ globally dispersed SE professionals.
• Track record in consultative solution selling of enterprise-grade platforms.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (resellers, SI's, distributors, MSPs/CSPs).
• Security software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform GTM strategy, structure, and leadership for the global SE org.
• Set KPIs, forecast sales results, and drive action plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Success, Product, Marketing and Services.
• Act as Field CTO translating product vision to customer value.
• Drive enablement, tools, and financial data to improve productivity.
• Ensure a united voice with partners and customers and drive joint opportunities.
