Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering organization in support of our cloud security platform. Reporting to the CRO, you will drive GTM alignment, market intelligence, and technical excellence across partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Experience leading large dispersed teams (30+ people).
• Track record in consultative solution selling and channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization to align with GTM strategy.
• Establish KPIs, forecast results, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services for market insights.
• Serve as Field CTO to translate product vision into customer value.
• Develop enablement programs and tools to transform SE teams into security advisers.
• Partner with regional teams and Partners to close opportunities.
