Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a visionary Vice President of Global Sales Engineering to lead the global SE organization in alignment with our GTM strategy. You will drive technical excellence, enablement, and field readiness to support strategic accounts and channel partners.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Services to deliver customer value, manage KPI programs, and build a high‑performing, globally distributed team that delivers results in a fast‑moving cloud

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of indepth, global Sales Engineering leadership experience in enterprise software.
Experience leading 30+ global SE professionals in direct/indirect sales models.
Ability to translate product vision into customer value and influence product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Transform GTM strategy and organization with a results‑oriented culture.
Set and report KPIs, forecast sales results against metrics, take corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Services for market insights.
Act as Field CTO, be the technical face to key accounts and partners.
Lead enablement programs and tools to improve SE productivity and effectiveness.
Drive partner enablement and educate partners on Skyhigh Security solutions.
