Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the Sales Engineering organization in support of the Go-To-Market strategy. You will drive technical excellence, enablement, and customer outcomes while aligning with products and partners.

You will manage field readiness, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results and growth, including working with channel partners and resellers in a global context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Hands-on, front-line leadership of 30+ global SE professionals.
• Experience with consultative, enterprise-grade solutions and platforms.
• Transformation experience in start-ups or growth companies; MEDDPICC preferred.
• Multilingual communication skills encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transform GTM strategy, structure, and inspiration for the global Sales Engineering org.
• Establish KPIs, report results, and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CS, Product, Marketing and Services for market insights.
• Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer value.
• Ensure SE enablement programs and tools optimize productivity and effectiveness.
