Job summary

AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to lead the US strategy for engagement with defense primes and OEM clients on vertical construction and facilities delivery.

You will oversee client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design practice, coordinating with the US DOW Team and global defense leaders.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline.
• Experience delivering vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEMs is preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-relations capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Own growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design practice.
• Coordinate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to drive cross‑regional collaboration.
