Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to lead the US strategy for engagement with defense primes and OEM clients in vertical construction, facilities delivery, and architectural and engineering design.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account execution, managing client relationships, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design Practice; the primary focus is the US market

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• Hands-on account execution experience to drive growth and delivery performance.
• Knowledge of defense primes / OEM client needs and project delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Manage client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design Practice.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to win and deliver complex defense facilities projects.
