Job summary

AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes and OEM clients across facilities delivery and vertical construction.

The role leads client relationships, growth strategy, and pipeline development within the Design Practice, reporting to the SVP Head of Strategy & Growth, and collaborating with regional and global defense leaders.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with vertical construction delivery.
• Experience with defense primes / OEM clients and government facilities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Drive growth, pipeline development, and delivery performance for the Design Practice.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to align strategy and execution.
• Build and maintain client relationships at government and contractor sites.
