AECOM is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to lead the US strategy for defense primes and OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery. This leadership role emphasizes growth, client relationships, and strategic execution across a global team.

The position reports to the Global Design Practice SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth, and collaborates with the US DOW Team and defense leaders.

Qualifikationen

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• Experience with defense primes / OEMs and A/E vertical construction delivery is advantageous.
• Willingness to engage with US market and collaborate with global leaders within the Design Practice.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients as it pertains to vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Own growth strategy, pipeline development, capture and delivery performance across AECOM’s Design practice.
• Lead and collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to drive growth and client partnerships.
