Job summary

AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director for Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction. This senior role drives the US strategy, engagement with prime defense clients, and growth across vertical construction and facilities delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, managing pipelines, capture, and delivery performance while partnering with global defense leaders. Hybrid work arrangement in the US supports strategic expansion.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct vertical construction delivery for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• Strong leadership and program management experience across large-scale facilities projects.
• Proven ability to define growth strategy, capture opportunities, and build client partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction.
• Develop and manage the growth pipeline, capture, and delivery performance across the Design practice.
• Lead client relationships and coordinate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure facilities and large-scale projects.
