Job summary

AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction in the US. The role defines and executes the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction, facilities delivery, and design.

It combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to drive growth and strengthen client partnerships. The position reports to the Global Design Practice SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth, and collaborates with the US DOW

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with vertical construction delivery experience for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• Experience in growth strategy, pipeline development, and large-scale facilities projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and executive relationships in a defense-primes / OEM context.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Own client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across AECOM's Design practice.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to deliver consistent performance and growth.
