AECOM is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to define and execute US engagement with defense primes and OEM clients across vertical construction and facilities delivery. You will lead growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance in the Design Practice.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account execution and requires background in architecture/engineering with direct delivery

Competenze

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEM clients.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Lead growth, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design Practice.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders across the company.
• Report to the Global Design Practice SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth, and work with cross‑regional teams.
