Job summary

AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to define and execute the US strategy for engagement with defense primes and OEM clients in vertical construction, facilities delivery, and architectural/engineering design.

The role reports to the Global Design Practice SVP, Head of Strategy & Growth, and focuses on client relationships, growth, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across the Design practice, primarily

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEM clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients across vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Lead growth initiatives, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance within AECOM’s Design practice.
• Collaborate with US DOW Team and global defense leaders to deliver a consistent high level of service.
