AECOM seeks a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to shape and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes and OEM clients, delivering vertical construction, facilities design, and secure ICD 705‑compliant projects.

Qualifications

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with vertical construction delivery experience for defense primes / OEM clients.
• Experience with defense primes / OEMs and A&E vertical construction delivery is preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US engagement strategy with Defense Primes / OEMs for vertical construction.
• Grow the growth pipeline and oversee capture and delivery performance across the Design Practice.
