Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Vice President, Global Growth Director – Defense Prime/OEM Facilities & Vertical Construction to lead the US strategy for defense primes and OEM clients in vertical construction and facilities delivery. Qualifications

• Background in architecture/engineering with hands-on A/E delivery for Defense Primes / OEM.
• BA/BS +20 years’ experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership experience.
• US citizenship is required.
• Proven experience with Defense Primes / OEM clients and US DOW agencies on facilities and vertical construction programs.
• Commercial knowledge of the Defense Primes / OEM clients industry.
• Leadership across geographies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients across vertical construction and facilities delivery.
• Lead architecture/engineering design and delivery for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive growth, pipeline, and capture.
• Coordinate cross‑regional delivery with multi‑disciplinary teams and regions.
• Report to Global Design Practice leadership and work with US DOW team.
