AECOM is seeking a high-impact VP to lead Global Growth in defense prime and OEM facilities delivery, focusing on vertical construction and architectural/engineering design. You will shape the U.S.

market strategy and work with multiple regions to drive growth with defense primes and OEM clients. The role requires deep delivery experience in A/E design, leadership across geographies, and a track record of managing complex pursuits and multi‑region delivery.

Qualificações

• Background in architecture, engineering, or related A/E discipline with direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes / OEM clients.
• BA/BS +20 years’ experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the US strategy for engagement with Defense Primes / OEM clients in vertical construction, facilities delivery, and architectural/engineering design.
• Accountability for client relationships, growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across AECOM’s Design practice.
