• Willingness to travel and work global hours.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume payment processing and validate currency fund transfers.
• Process payments for FX products with detailed research and review of exceptions.
• Identify and resolve procedural issues or operational errors to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across locations.
• Detect and prevent payment errors to protect the institution’s integrity.
• Lead process improvements to enhance quality and customer experience.
• Coach and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Interface with other departments to resolve escalated inquiries.
