Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Payments Lifecycle Manager III to lead end-to-end payment processing operations within Payments Operations. You will leverage deep product knowledge to improve controls, efficiency, and client outcomes, while developing staff and managing relationships with global stakeholders.

You will supervise teams within the Custody Cash function, driving innovative solutions and ensuring operations meet risk, quality, and compliance standards across regions.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in payments operations leadership.
• Experience with payments hubs, queues, case management and SWIFT interfaces.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams for end-to-end payments lifecycle operations, setting objectives and ensuring quality, risk and compliance.
• Apply AI and automation to enhance efficiency and compliance in payment processes.
• Contribute to initiatives improving client experience, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud strategies while providing domain expertise.
• Present business updates to senior leadership and external clients and manage production environment risks.
• Foster inclusive culture and develop talent through coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate across global stakeholders to optimize cross-functional processes.
