Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida seeks a Vice President Technology Lead Analyst to architect and deliver mission-critical systems for Investor Services. You will oversee a team of developers while remaining hands-on with Java, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes to build scalable solutions for custody, fund accounting, and asset servicing clients.

This senior role requires strategic leadership, architectural governance, and close collaboration with global teams to translate business

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Applications Development or systems analysis, with a proven track record in a technical leadership role.
• Full-stack development expertise across backend and frontend with modern frameworks.
• Backend proficiency in Java, including Spring Boot and related ecosystems.
• Experience designing and building APIs with RESTful services and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of scalable full-stack applications; mentor developers and analysts.
• Hands-on development across the stack: Java backend, React/Angular frontend, robust APIs.
• Govern architecture, enforce coding/testing standards, and drive quality in delivery.
• Design real-time data processing solutions using Kafka and related streaming tech.
