Job summary

You will lead a global team, while remaining hands-on with a stack including Java, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Applications Development or similar tech leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in full-stack solution delivery (backend and frontend).
• Backend proficiency in Java with Spring Boot.
• APIs: REST and GraphQL design and implementation.
• Frontend: modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Kafka-based event-driven architectures and real-time data processing.
• Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex, scalable full‑stack apps.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts; perform code reviews.
• Design robust APIs and real-time data pipelines.
