Citi is seeking a visionary VP and Technology Lead Analyst in Tampa to drive mission-critical applications across custody and asset servicing. You will guide a global team, staying hands-on with a modern tech stack including Java, React/Angular, REST/GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.

As a technical authority, you will set architectural standards, mentor engineers, and ensure scalable, secure deployment through CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis, with a proven track record in a technical leadership role.
• Full-Stack Proficiency with strong backend and frontend development capabilities.
• Backend Technology: Expert-level proficiency in Java, including Spring Boot.
• API Technologies: Designing and building APIs with RESTful services and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex, scalable full‑stack applications.
• Hands-on development across the entire stack using Java for backend and React/Angular for UI; design robust APIs.
• Provide deep expertise and governance to ensure coding, testing, and implementation standards.
