You will drive architectural governance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions in a fast‑moving financial environment.

Qualifications

• 6‑10+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis with a technical leadership role.
• Deep full‑stack experience with backend and frontend development.
• Expert Java backend experience, Spring Boot or similar framework.
• API design with RESTful services and GraphQL.
• Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).
• Experience with Kafka for real‑time data pipelines.
• Hands‑on with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and implementation of complex, scalable full‑stack applications and mentor mid‑level developers.
• Hands‑on development across the tech stack using Java for backend and React/Angular for the UI, designing robust APIs.
• Set and enforce coding standards, testing, debugging, and deployment practices to deliver high‑quality software.
• Design real‑time data processing solutions using Apache Kafka and related streaming tech.
• Champion containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with management and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Address risk and compliance considerations while delivering scalable, secure systems.
