Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP of Global Compensation to shape and execute a global compensation strategy supporting growth, governance, and equity practices across regions. You will partner with HR, finance, and leaders to drive pay equity and data-informed decisions in a multi-country environment.

The role focuses on annual compensation cycles, communications, and integrating compensation during mergers and acquisitions, located in Atlanta, GA with US-based candidates only.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience across multi-country programs.
  • Expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, market pricing, and salary structures.
  • Strong business acumen with financial modeling and workforce tradeoffs.
  • Experience in pay equity analytics and operationalizing transparency.
  • Proficiency in compensation data, advanced analytics, and decision-support systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in responsible AI integration in compensation processes.
  • Background in M&A compensation diligence and integration governance.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Global Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will shape and execute a global compensation strategy that supports business goals, workforce planning, and long-term organizational growth. The role will oversee compensation philosophy, governance, and program design across regions while partnering closely with HR, finance, and business leaders. It will also drive pay equity, transparency, and data-informed decision-making in a complex multi-country environment.

The position will play a key role in annual compensation cycles, compensation communications, and the integration of compensation practices during mergers and acquisitions.

Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $212,700 – $374,400 annually
