Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Compensation Program Manager to join a leading media company as a remote US-based role. You will own the execution of compensation planning cycles, partner with cross‑functional teams, and drive AI-enabled workflows for total rewards.

You will use data, market insights, and equity program support to strengthen compensation design and leadership decision‑making, building enablement resources for executives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–6+ years of compensation experience in a technology company.
  • Experience as a compensation business partner to client groups or senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and market benchmarking tools.
  • Familiarity with compensation norms and labor market trends outside the U.S.
  • Experience working with large datasets using BigQuery or SQL; familiarity with Python is a plus.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Compensation Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will lead the execution and evolution of compensation planning cycles and related programs across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design, rollout, and continuously improve compensation processes that support business goals and leadership decision-making. The position also has an important role in using data, market insights, and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen total rewards strategy and operational effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $173,000 – $259,000 annually
