Job summary

Our client in the Enterprise Technology space is seeking a Director of Compensation to own the design and execution of a global compensation strategy. This senior role shapes base pay, incentives and executive pay while partnering with leaders to scale the organization.

Location is remote for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not available. Responsibilities include defining multi-year strategy, managing global base and incentive structures, leading end-to-end programs, and advising

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation at high-growth or newly public tech companies.
  • Proven track record of owning global compensation functions.
  • Experience managing a team in a compensation role.
  • Expertise in executive compensation and Compensation Committee processes.
  • Familiarity with managing compensation cycles in Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Compensation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will own the design and execution of a global compensation strategy that supports growth, competitiveness, and organizational scale. The role will shape base pay, incentives, and executive compensation practices while partnering closely with business leaders and senior stakeholders. You will also help ensure compensation programs are data-driven, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $177,000 – $243,000 annually
